Redrob by McKinley Rice is an AI startup and all-in-one scientific recruitment platform, secured $4M in seed funding round. Leveraging AI, it offers Talent Search Engines & Online Skill Tests, aiding in global insights and talent acquisition.

• Collaborated with team to refine the Redrob platform's UX architecture, leveraging Figma to uncover key user pain points and drive iterative, research-based design enhancements that boosted platform efficiency.
• Executed a UX audit us heuristic evaluation and user testing, identifying key usability issues that reduced friction.
• Redesigned B2B India region website in Framer using UX heuristics & data insights, reducing bounce rate by 18% through optimized information hierarchy and call-to-action placement.
• Created engaging social media graphics and videos to strengthen brand presence and improved Click-Through Rates (CTR) by 23%.
• Designed an AI-driven job creation flow, leveraging Figma for prototyping and testing, significantly attracting clients and increasing platform subscriptions. As well as reduced friction in job creation flow, leading to 30% increase in job postings.
